The family-friendly Mill Path is one of the most popular walks in Tennengau. Along the banks of the romantic Schwarzenbach, the path leads through the shady forest up to the grain mill. Here grain was milled until the year 1958 with the power of Schwarzenbach river water. Countless other secrets await discovery along the way.

A natural lake with first-rate water quality, it invites summer visitors to splash, swim, play and relax. Numerous recreational activities such as beach volleyball, boccia and table tennis guarantee your day spent in Scheffau will pass by in the blink of an eye., while the litte visitors have a fun day at the playground.

Scheffau Biking & Hiking Path

A path that allows you to discover water in all of its fascinating forms. This 6.5 km biking & hiking path leads along the banks of the Lammer from Scheffau to Golling. A day full of adventure awaits you as you pass by Lammer Gorge, the Mill Path and the Harrbergsee.

The Saint Ulrich Church

Admidst the picturesque mountain scenery, the late Gothic church of St. Ulrich rises up. From the outside the church does not look very spectacular, the architectural richness only becomes apparent inside the church. A wide ribbed vault, the wooden pulpit, precious late Gothic furnishings and the strong color accents of the red Adneter marble give the church a magnificent atmosphere.

In 2010 the precious organ was restored. Since then, heavenly organ sounds can be heard again in the St. Ulrichskirche in Scheffau.
