Declaration on Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our website easily and without barriers. Therefore, we design our website in line with the Austrian Accessibility Act and the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882).
Wherever possible, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 to improve usability for all users.
Information on Operation and Accessibility
To improve accessibility, we use the tool “Ally”, which offers users additional settings for accessible usage.

The following content is currently not accessible for the reasons listet below:
Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
- On this website, there are pdf-documents available for download that are not yet available in an accessbile format. If you need assistance with inaccessible pdf-documents, please contact us (info@tennengau.com) In such cases, we will do our best to provide the contet in a suitable accessible format.
- The videos used on our website are currently not fully accessible. The adaptation represents a disproprportinate burden in terms of accessibility regulations.
- Some images and icons linkend on the site do not contain alternative text, resulting in links without descriptive link text.
- There are infromation-bearing images and icons that lack appropriate alternative text.
- There are decorative images, that do have an alternative text.
- We endeavour to write our texts without abbreveations and foreign words whenever possible and try to avoid complex sentence structures. If you find a text difficult to understand and therefore only partially accessible, pleease contact us. We will provide you with a version that is easy to understand.
Disproportionale burden
For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to make older pdf and office documents (etc.) fully accessible.
The listed accessibility issues are continuously being corrected.
The website also contains documents and content from third parties that were neither developed, financed, nor controlled by us. We cannot make any statements about the accessibility of such third-party content, and these are therefore exempt from the accessibility requirements.
