What to expect on the Interactive Forest Path

An exciting family hike

The Interactive Forest Path is an adventurous and fun hiking loop that everyone is certain to enjoy. Join mascots Greta Gais and Sigi Sau as you make your way via 10 interactive play stations in the cool, shady forest and across a clearing.

Discover Greta’s treehouse, test your luck at a pinecone-shooting wall, and solve exciting puzzles. Zoom through the forest on the zipline and take a break at the water playground, the perfect spot to rest..

Cleverix Tips for Visiting the Interactive Forest Path

Allow at least 2 hours for your visit
Good footwear and appropriate clothing are recommended
At the entrance to the restroom facilities by the parking area, you’ll find free maps, puzzle cards, and pencils.
The parking fee is €4. Please note that the parking machine does not provide change.
A change machine for €10 and €20 bills is available in the foyer.

How to reach the Interactive Forest Path

Take the Tauern Autobahn (A10) as far as the Hallein exit (Exit 26). Follow the Wiestal-Landesstrasse and Krispl-Landesstrasse to Gaissau. In the town center of Gaissau, follow the signs for the Interactive Forest Path (“Walderlebnisweg”) and Schmittenstüberl. Park at Gasthof Schmittenstüberl (Address: Gaissau 177, 5425 Krispl).
