Vor allem die Nahrungssuche stellt die scheuen Tiere vor ein gro\u00dfe Herausforderung.<\/p>\n<p>In der kalten Jahreszeit ist es f\u00fcr Rehe oft schwer, Futter zu finden. Um Energie zu sparen, leben sie auf Sparflamme. Jede St\u00f6rung des Rehwildes erh\u00f6ht ihren Energieverbrauch. Der Boden ist gefroren. Alles Fressbare liegt tief unter einer dicken Schneedecke versteckt. Mit einer Winterf\u00fctterung kann der J\u00e4ger die Tiere bei der Nahrungssuche unterst\u00fctzen. Dabei muss die Nahrung des Rehwildes f\u00fcr Wiederk\u00e4uer geeignet sein. F\u00fcr heute Mittag habe ich mich mit dem J\u00e4ger Franz verabredet. Ich darf ihn und seinen Hund beim Rehwild f\u00fcttern begleiten. Warm eingepackt, mit Gamaschen als Schneeschutz an den Beinen, mache ich mich auf den Weg zu Franz. Dieser erwartet mich bereits. Auf seinem R\u00fccken tr\u00e4gt er einen Sack mit Grummet-Heu f\u00fcr die Rehe. Der Hund begr\u00fc\u00dft mich schwanzwedelnd. Es kann losgehen! Hintereinander stapfen wir durch den Schnee. Brav geht der Jagdhund an der Seite seines Herrchens. Mit z\u00fcgigem Schritt wandern wir durch den verschneiten Wald. Eine wohltuende Stille umschlie\u00dft uns. Nach einiger Zeit erreichen wir die F\u00fctterungsstelle. Franz erkl\u00e4rt mir, dass es im Gebiet mehrere F\u00fctterungsstellen f\u00fcr Rehwild gibt. Diese werden von verschiedenen J\u00e4gern betreut. Wir betreten die F\u00fctterung. In den Futterraufen befindet sich noch Heu vom letzten Besuch. Franz f\u00fcllt sie mit dem mitgebrachten Grummet wieder auf. Zus\u00e4tzlich bekommt das Rehwild auch noch Kraftfutter. Interessiert beobachte ich den J\u00e4ger und stelle ihm neugierige Fragen. Ein- bis zweimal in der Woche besucht er die F\u00fctterung. In harten Wintern muss mehr gef\u00fcttert werden. Franz erz\u00e4hlt, dass die Rehe genau wissen, wo sie im Winter Futter bekommen. Deswegen sei es auch schlecht, wenn eine F\u00fctterung einfach aufgelassen wird. Die Rehe verlassen sich darauf, dass sie dort Nahrung vorfinden. Schlie\u00dflich sind alle Futterbeh\u00e4ltnisse bef\u00fcllt. Es ist an der Zeit, dass wir uns wieder auf den Heimweg machen. Erholt durch die Bewegung an der frischen Waldluft und angereichert mit viel neuem Wissen verabschiede ich mich von Franz. Mit r\u00fccksichtsvollem und umsichtigem Verhalten sch\u00fctzt du den Wald und seine Bewohner.
