Es gibt Menschen mit strammen Wadln, mit kr\u00e4ftigen Wadln, mit d\u00fcnnen Wadln, mit dicken Wadln, mit feschen Wadln<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Man kann einen Krampf in der Wade haben \u2013 unangenehm\u00a0 \u2013 der Muskel wird hart.<\/li>\n<li>Man kann jemanden als Wadenbei\u00dfer bezeichnen &#8211; jemand, der einen andern, obwohl der ihm eindeutig \u00fcberlegen ist, dennoch dreist angreift und ihm dadurch Verdruss bereitet.<\/li>\n<li>Man kann jemanden die Wadln nach vorne richten &#8211; Richtet man jemandem die Waden nach vor, so bedeutet dies urspr\u00fcnglich, dass ihm &#8220;Beine gemacht&#8221; wurden, sprich, er ma\u00dfgeregelt und zusammengestaucht wurde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Tour zum Schlenken beginnt am Dorfplatz in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennengau.com\/de\/dein-tennengau\/die-orte\/bad-vigaun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bad Vigaun<\/a>. Dort leihe ich mir ein Elektro Rad vom<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eradgeber.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> e-rad Geber Michael Fallnhauser.<\/a> Er betreibt sein Gesch\u00e4ft direkt neben dem Tourismusverband Bad Vigaun. Die Abzweigung Rengerberg \u2013 Schlenken kann ich nicht \u00fcbersehen. Vorbei an saftigen gr\u00fcnen Wiesen und immer wieder mein Ziel vor Augen radle ich mit mehr oder weniger \u201eUnterst\u00fctzung\u201c mit Freude die Bergstra\u00dfe hinauf. Mein Ziel mit dem Rad ist der Wurzerweg am Rengerberg auf 1000 m Seeh\u00f6he. (1649 m). Der erste Anstieg durch den Wald (ich habe mich nicht f\u00fcr den Forstweg entschieden) f\u00fchrt mich zur Niglkaralm. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Schmittenstein und die Tenneralm er\u00f6ffnet sich.
