Nichts lieber als das! Ich habe da n\u00e4mlich ein leckeres Sachertorte Rezept, das immer gelingt und ich sehr gerne mit euch teilen m\u00f6chte. Da l\u00e4uft mir jetzt schon das Wasser im Mund zusammen.<\/p>\n<h3>Die wichtigste Zutat im Kuchen: Das Ei<\/h3>\n<p>Nachdem das Eier Fach im K\u00fchlschrank leer ist, fahre ich mit meinen Kindern zur Familie Schlager, Mayrhofbauer in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennengau.com\/de\/dein-tennengau\/die-orte\/bad-vigaun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bad Vigaun<\/a>. Hier lebt die 5-k\u00f6pfige Familie zusammen mit 650 H\u00fchnern, ein paar K\u00fche und Wachteln. Ich sch\u00e4tze es sehr, dass ich die M\u00f6glichkeit habe, meine Eier direkt beim Bauern zu kaufen. Im \u201eEier-Kammerl\u201c treffe ich auf die B\u00e4uerin, Irene Schlager. Meine Kinder \u00fcberfallen Irene gleich mit vielen Fragen \u00fcber die H\u00fchner. Stimmt es wirklich, dass ein Huhn jeden Tag ein Ei legt? Oder: Warum legen die wei\u00dfen H\u00fchner keine wei\u00dfen Eier? Zeitschaltuhren regeln die Funktionen f\u00fcr Licht AN\/AUS und das \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen der Auslaufklappen. Diese funktionieren voll automatisch mittels Photovoltaikanlage. Fabian f\u00e4llt Irene gleich ins Wort und fragt, wozu H\u00fchner ein Licht brauchen? Irene erkl\u00e4rt uns, dass H\u00fchner immer dem Licht folgen. In der D\u00e4mmerungsphase schaltet sich im gesamten H\u00fchnermobil das Licht ein, sodass die H\u00fchner von der Wiese in ihren Stall gehen. Etwas sp\u00e4ter schaltet sich das Licht im Erdgeschoss vom H\u00fchnermobil aus und die H\u00fchner h\u00fcpfen alle ins Obergeschoss zu den Sitzstangen, auf denen sie dann schlafen.<\/p>\n<h3>Qualit\u00e4t wird hier gro\u00df geschrieben!<\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;Ich wollt ich w\u00e4r ein Huhn! Ich h\u00e4tt nicht viel zu tun! Ich lege jeden Tag ein Ei, am Sonntag auch mal zwei!&#8221; <\/em>Dieses Lied kennen schon die Kleinsten, aber stimmt das wirklich? <strong>Irrtum!<\/strong> Irene Schlager kl\u00e4rt uns \u00fcber diesen Mythos auf. Es gilt die Faustregel, dass eine Henne pro Jahr nur ca. 280 Eier legt. Ich war immer der Meinung, dass wei\u00dfe H\u00fchner wei\u00dfe Eier und braune H\u00fchner braune Eier legen. Irene erkl\u00e4rt uns, dass sie haupts\u00e4chlich braune H\u00fchner hat jedoch die 220 wei\u00dfen H\u00fchner eine spezielle Bio Rasse namens \u201eSANDY\u201c sind und diese cremefarbene Eier legen. Die Maschine sortiert die Eier automatisch nach Gewicht.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">XL &#8211; sehr gro\u00df: 73 g und dar\u00fcber<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">L &#8211; gro\u00df: 63 g bis 73 g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">M &#8211; mittel: 53 g bis 63 g<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">S &#8211; klein: unter 53 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nachdem wir uns mit Irene jetzt sooo verquatscht haben, fahren wir schnell wieder nach Hause um unseren Kuchen zu backen.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Sachertorte<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 Eier<\/li>\n<li>130 g Bitterschokolade<\/li>\n<li>130 g zimmerwarme Butter<\/li>\n<li>200 g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Pkg Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<li>130 g Mehl<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Teel\u00f6ffel Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>Marmelade zum Bestreichen<\/li>\n<li>Schokolade und Butter f\u00fcr die Glasur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In einer Sch\u00fcssel Butter mit Zucker, Vanillezucker und Dotter sehr schaumig r\u00fchren. Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen und ebenfalls in den Abtrieb unterr\u00fchren. Das Steif geschlagene Eiklar und das Mehl mit Backpulver vorsichtig unter die \u00fcbrige Masse heben. Eine Tortenspringform gut mit Butter ausstreichen und mit Mehl bestauben, Tortenteig einf\u00fcllen und im auf 160 \u00b0C vorgeheizten Backrohr etwa 50 Minuten lang backen.<\/p>\n<p>Torte ausk\u00fchlen lassen und in der Mitte durchschneiden. Den unteren Tortenboden mit Marmelade d\u00fcnn bestreichen und wieder zusammensetzen. F\u00fcr die Glasur Schokolade und Butter \u00fcber Wasserdampf schmelzen.
