Dazu brauchen wir nicht einmal eine Kneippanlage. Der Bach dient uns als nat\u00fcrliches Wasserbecken. Sucht euch eine geeignete, ungef\u00e4hrliche Stelle im Bach aus. Sicherheitshalber w\u00fcrde ich im Bachbett Wasserschuhe zum Kneippen tragen. Aber dann kann es schon losgehen. Langsam gehen wir durchs Wasser. Dabei heben wir immer einen Fu\u00df aus dem k\u00fchlen Nass. So stolzieren wir wie ein Storch durchs Wasser.
