Nach intensiver Recherche wagten Roland Hallinger und Georg Hagn den ersten Schritt: Ihren ersten Sud brauten sie noch ganz klassisch im Schnapsbrennkessel. Das Ergebnis \u00fcberzeugte Freunde und Bekannte &#8211; und motivierte die beiden, weiter zu experimentieren und ihre Braukunst zu perfektionieren.<\/p>\n<p>Um sein Wissen zu vertiefen, absolvierte Roland <strong>2016 den Biersommelier-Kurs an der Brau Union in Kaltenhausen<\/strong> mit ausgezeichnetem Erfolg. Doch der Gro\u00dfteil des Wissens entstand direkt dort, wo Bier am Besten gelernt wird: beim Brauen selbst.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr<strong> 2017<\/strong> folgte schlie\u00dflich der n\u00e4chste gro\u00dfe Schritt &#8211; die Anmeldung eines Gewerbes und die Gr\u00fcndung der Brauerei <strong>RBB<\/strong>. Sie werden <strong>unfiltriert und ohne Zusatzstoffe<\/strong> gebraut. Statt technischer Filtration geben die Brauer ihren Bieren Zeit: Die Tr\u00fcbstoffe setzen sich nat\u00fcrlich ab, wodurch wichtige Inhaltsstoffe erhalten bleiben &#8211; und genau das macht den charaktervollen Geschmack aus.<\/p>\n<p>Mittlerweile umfasst das Sortiment <strong>vier besondere Biersorten<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00e4dchen<\/strong> &#8211; ein malzbetontes Vollbier mit mildem Charakter, das auch bei vielen Frauen besonders beliebt ist.
