Eine dieser Traditionen ist es, <\/b><b>die Ostereier am Gr\u00fcndonnerstag zu f\u00e4rben. Wir haben das heuer mit selbst hergestellten Naturfarben probiert. Zuerst muss die Farbe n\u00e4mlich hergestellt werden.\u00a0Wir haben uns Spinat, Rote Beete, Heidelbeeren und Kurkuma als Grundzutaten f\u00fcr unsere Farben ausgesucht. Das soll gr\u00fcne, rote, blaue und gelbe Eier ergeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unsere Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr Rote Beete<\/li>\n<li>500 gr Spinat<\/li>\n<li>250 gr tiefgek\u00fchlte Heidelbeeren (getrocknete w\u00fcrden auch funktionieren)<\/li>\n<li>30 gr Kurkuma-Pulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jede Zutat wird mit rund 500 ml Wasser in einem Topf eine Stunde lang leicht dahin gek\u00f6chelt. Der Sud wird anschlie\u00dfend durch ein Sieb gegossen und zum Abk\u00fchlen beiseite gestellt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Achtung:<\/strong> Seid besonders beim Umgang mit dem Kurkuma-Pulver sehr vorsichtig und nutzt eventuell Einweg-Handschuhe. Das Pulver und der Sud f\u00e4rben wirklich nahezu alles recht intensiv gelb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" Frische Bio-Freilandeier holen wir uns beim Bio-Bauernhof Mayrhof in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennengau.com\/region\/bad-vigaun\/\">Bad Vigaun<\/a>. Hier habt ihr auch gleich ein Rezept f\u00fcr eine k\u00f6stliche Torte f\u00fcr die Osterfeiertage ;).<\/p>\n<p>Die Eier reinige ich vor dem Kochen mit einem weichen Tuch und Essigwasser &#8211; so werden sie sch\u00f6n sauber und die Farbe soll besser halten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich koche die Eier nicht klassisch im Wasserbad, ich nutze daf\u00fcr unseren Dampfgarer. Die Eier werden auf einen Rost gelegt und im vorgeheizten Dampfgarer bei 96\u00b0C ged\u00e4mpft. Bei unseren Eiern in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe L dauert das ca. 12 Minuten, aber zur Sicherheit machen wir vorher immer ein &#8220;Probe-Ei&#8221; und schauen, ob es so perfekt durchgegart ist, wie wir das m\u00f6gen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Eier im Dampfgarer garen, geben wir die Farben in Sch\u00fcsselchen und zu jeder Farbe einen guten Schuss Essig hinzu. Wir sind schon ganz gespannt, wie die Farben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die Eier fertig sind, werden sie noch hei\u00df in das Farbbad gelegt. Dort bleiben sie ca. 10 Minuten, je nach dem wie gut sie die Farbe annehmen und wie intensiv ihr diese haben m\u00f6chtet. Meine flei\u00dfigen Helferlein waren mit dem Rot aus der Roten Beete und dem Gr\u00fcn aus dem frischen Spinat etwas unzufrieden, deshalb haben wir hier mit ein bisschen herk\u00f6mmlicher Farbe nachgeholfen. Die Farben aus Heidelbeeren und Kurkuma haben auf Anhieb richtig sch\u00f6ne Ergebnisse gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Trocknen legen wir die Eier auf eine dicke Lage K\u00fcchenpapier. Nachdem die Eier getrocknet sind, werden sie noch poliert, damit sie sch\u00f6n gl\u00e4nzen. Dazu nehme ich ein St\u00fcck K\u00fcchenrolle mit etwas Speise\u00f6l und reibe die Oberfl\u00e4che vorsichtig ein. eine sehr sch\u00f6ne Idee ist, die <strong>Ostereier mit Bl\u00e4ttern<\/strong> zu verzieren und erst dann ins Farbbad zu legen. Dazu sammelt ihr einfach verschiedene Bl\u00e4tter und Kr\u00e4uter, legt sie nach Lust und Laune auf das gekochte Ei und bindet sie in ein S\u00e4ckchen. Zerschnittene Feinstrumpfhosen eignen sich sehr gut daf\u00fcr. Nach dem F\u00e4rben wird das Ei wieder herausgenommen und die sch\u00f6nen Abdr\u00fccke kommen zum Vorschein.<\/p>\n<p>Kindern macht auch das <strong>F\u00e4rben mit Krepppapier<\/strong> viel Spa\u00df. Dazu kocht ihr Eier hart und bereit w\u00e4hrenddessen das Krepppapier vor. Rei\u00dft oder schneidet es in kleine Schnipsel. Sobald die Eier gekocht und kalt abgeschreckt sind, kann das kreative Verzieren losgehen. Die Papierschnipsel werden in Wasser getaucht und auf die Eier geklebt, bis diese sch\u00f6n bedeckt sind. Der Kreativit\u00e4t sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Die fertig beklebten Eier in einen Eierkarton stellen und gut trocknen lassen. Nachdem alles ausgetrocknet ist, einfach das Krepppapier abziehen und fertig sind die bunten kleinen Kunstwerke. Aber Achtung: das Krepppapier f\u00e4rbt die H\u00e4nde, es empfiehlt sich, Einweg-Handschuhe zu verwenden. ;)<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt noch unz\u00e4hlige andere Methoden, um Ostereier zu f\u00e4rben. Einige davon haben wir uns f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Osterfest schon notiert und wollen sie unbedingt ausprobieren.
