Etwas Pflanzen\u00f6l auf dem noch unbearbeiteten Stoff sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass es weniger steif ist. Bienenwachst\u00fccher sind praktisch. Sie helfen M\u00fcll zu vermeiden, da sie immer wieder verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen. In vielen F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen sie Alufolie oder Frischhaltefolie ersetzen. Ihr k\u00f6nnt mit ihnen Gef\u00e4\u00dfe abdecken oder Lebensmittel einpacken. Bei mir steht das schon lange auf meiner To-Do-Liste. Heute m\u00f6chte ich mich endlich daran wagen, Bienenwachst\u00fccher selbst herzustellen. Ich habe noch einige Stoffreste aus Baumwolle in meinem N\u00e4hk\u00e4stchen. Diese schneide ich mit einer Zackenschere in die gew\u00fcnschte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Von der Honigernte im letzten Sommer habe ich Abdeckelungswachs aufbewahrt. Schon bei geringer Hitze schmilzt das Wachs. Die T\u00fccher k\u00f6nnen sich nun mit dem fl\u00fcssigen Wachs vollsaugen. Ist dies geschehen, nehme ich vorsichtig ein Tuch nach dem anderen vom Backblech. Autsch!!! Das ist ganz sch\u00f6n hei\u00df! Langsam schwenke ich jedes Tuch in der Luft, damit es abk\u00fchlen kann. Dann geht es ans B\u00fcgeln. So l\u00e4sst sich das Wachs noch gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger auf dem Tuch verteilen. Daf\u00fcr kommt der Stoff zwischen zwei B\u00f6gen Backpapier. Behutsam b\u00fcgle ich \u00fcber das Backpapier. Das Wachs soll nicht vom Tuch quellen. Damit das Bienenwachstuch abk\u00fchlen kann, schwenke ich es nochmals langsam durch die Luft.
