Sie hatten eine k\u00f6stlich aussehende Erdbeertorte auf dem Tisch stehen. Wie gerne h\u00e4tte ich ein St\u00fcck von dieser Torte gekostet! Leider blieb mir nichts anderes \u00fcbrig, als mich mit dem Rezept zufrieden zu geben. Der R\u00fchrteig stellt kein Problem dar. Allerdings sieht die Menge nicht gerade \u00fcppig aus. Ich bef\u00f6rdert das bisschen Teig in eine Springform. Mit einem angefeuchteten Teigschaber versuche ich, die etwas klebrige Masse glatt zu streichen. Gar nicht so einfach! Doch schlie\u00dflich kann ich die Backform in den Ofen stellen. Der Eischnee gelingt perfekt und ich verteile ihn auf dem vorgebackenen Boden. Er geht auch richtig sch\u00f6n auf. Leider f\u00e4llt er, kaum habe ich den Kuchen aus dem Ofen geholt, etwas in sich zusammen. Einen kleinen Schreck bekomme ich, als ich den Boden nach dem Ausk\u00fchlen, von der Backform befreie: Der R\u00fchrteigboden ist wirklich sehr nieder! Wie soll ich diesen einmal quer durchschneiden? Da kommt mir meine Tortenboden-Schneidehilfe in den Sinn. Tats\u00e4chlich, mit dem gerillten Tortenring funktioniert das Teilen ohne Probleme.<\/p>\n<p>Die Frischk\u00e4se-Erdbeer-F\u00fcllung ist schnell zusammengemischt. Sie schmeckt traumhaft! Am liebsten w\u00fcrde ich sie gleich leerl\u00f6ffeln. Stattdessen bef\u00f6rdere ich die leckere Masse auf den unteren Teil des halbierten Tortenbodens. Ein Tortenring h\u00e4lt mir die Creme an ihrem vorgesehen Platz. Vorsichtig setze ich die zweite Bodenh\u00e4lfte auf die Masse. Vor dem Dekorieren stelle ich die Erdbeertorte noch f\u00fcr einige Zeit in den K\u00fchlschrank. Schlie\u00dflich ist der gro\u00dfe Moment gekommen. Himmlisch! Einfach in Dessertschalen f\u00fcllen, mit Erdbeeren dekorieren und L\u00f6ffel f\u00fcr L\u00f6ffel genie\u00dfen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lege den unteren Teil des Bodens auf eine Tortenplatte.<br \/>\n&#8211; Stelle einen Tortenring eng um diesen Kuchenboden.<br \/>\n&#8211; Die Erdbeer-Frischk\u00e4se-Masse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig darauf verteilen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Auf diese Creme setzt du nun vorsichtig den anderen Teil des Bodens. Das Baiser schaut dabei nach oben.<br \/>\n&#8211; Stelle die Erdbeertorte nun f\u00fcr mindestens eine Stunde k\u00fchl.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du magst, kannst du den Kuchen noch dekorieren. Schmecken tut er aber jetzt schon k\u00f6stlich! F\u00fcr die Deko halbierst du sechs Erdbeeren, die du vorher zur Seite gelegt hast.<br \/>\n&#8211; Schlage 125 ml Sahne steif.<br \/>\n&#8211; Gib diese in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sternt\u00fclle.<br \/>\n&#8211;
