In diesen 40 Tagen bereitet sich die Christenheit auf Ostern vor, das Fest der Auferstehung. Auch wenn man das mit den Fasten nicht mehr so genau nimmt oder in unterschiedlicher Weise praktiziert wird (Verzicht auf Fleisch, Alkohol, Handy, Autos,..) freuen sich allesamt auf das Osterfest und dazugeh\u00f6rige Karwoche.<\/p>\n<p>Schon seit vielen Jahrhunderten werden die verschiedensten Tennengauer Traditionen in den Familien gelebt und an die Kinder weitergegeben. Besonders zu Ostern gibt es einige Br\u00e4uche, welche viele Leute nicht wissen, warum diese eigentliche existieren? Viele machten sich im Salzburger Land mit ihrer Familie auf den Weg zum Gottesdienst um dort die Palmbuschen weihen zu lassen. Mittlerweile vorwiegend im Trachtengewand &#8211; im Dirndl und in der Lederhose! Einfach wundersch\u00f6n anzusehen &#8211; die bunte Farbenpracht der geweihten Buschen und trachtigen Gew\u00e4nder!<\/p>\n<p>Der Brauch der Palmbuschen geht auf biblische Ger\u00fcchte zur\u00fcck, dass Jesus auf einem Esel als \u201eFriedensk\u00f6nig in Jerusalem einzog und vom Volk mit Palmzweigen bejubelt wurde. In Erinnerung daran, werden am Palmsonntag die Palmbuschen geweiht. Und wer am Palmsonntag nicht aus den Federn kommt ist der \u201e<strong>Palmesel<\/strong>\u201c (Synonym f\u00fcr Langschl\u00e4fer). Ein \u00fcber 400 Jahre alter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennengau.com\/magazin\/pucher-palmesel\">h\u00f6lzerner Palmesel mit Christusfigur<\/a> wird bei der Palmprozession von vier Burschen durch den Ort getragen. Und das als einer von zwei in ganz \u00d6sterreich!<\/p>\n<h3>Gr\u00fcndonnerstag: Ostereier f\u00e4rben &amp; Eierpecken<\/h3>\n<p>Der Gr\u00fcndonnerstag steht f\u00fcr das <strong>Paschafest mit den J\u00fcngern Jesu<\/strong>. Im Tennengau wird an diesem Tag traditionell viel Gr\u00fcnes, wie Spinat mit Kartoffel und Spiegelei oder saisonaler B\u00e4rlauch gegessen. Besonders gut eignet sich der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennengau.com\/magazin\/eier-faerben-am-gruendonnerstag\">Gr\u00fcndonnerstag zum Eierf\u00e4rben<\/a>, bevor die Feiertage los gehen und die Verwandschaft bzw. der Osterhase kommt.<\/p>\n<p>In der Fastenzeit wurde fr\u00fcher auf tierische Speisen verzichtet, deshalb war das Ei (Zeichen des Lebens und der Auferstehung), welches dann bemalt wurde ein ersehntes <strong>Ostergeschenk<\/strong>. In den 40 Tagen legten die H\u00fchner flei\u00dfig ihr Eier, die aber wegen der Fastenzeit nicht gegessen wurden. Deshalb machte man sie haltbar und hat sie zu Ostern gegessen. Das <strong>Ostereierpecken<\/strong> ist ein Spiel bei dem 2 Personen mit einem hartgekochten Ei gegeneinander antreten. Ein Spieler beginnt und schl\u00e4gt mit der Spitze auf das Ei des Gegners. Gewinner des Eierpeckens ist der Spieler, bei dem die Eierschale noch ganz ist. Dabei gilt immer Spitze auf Spitze und Popo an Popo :-)<\/p>\n<h3>Karfreitag ist Ratschentag<\/h3>\n<p>Im ganzen Land Salzburg h\u00f6rt man am Karfreitag ein lautes, h\u00f6lzernes Klappern &#8211; das &#8220;RATSCHEN&#8221;. Der alte Osterbrauch, der die Kirchenglocken einen Tag zum Schweigen bringt, ist weitum bekannt. Das Ratschen ersetzt von <strong>Gr\u00fcndonnerstag bis zur Osternacht<\/strong> das L\u00e4uten der Kirchenglocken, als Zeichen der Trauer. Man spricht davon, dass die Glocken nach Rom fliegen und erst zu Ostern wieder zur\u00fcckkommen. von Haus zu Haus und sammeln dabei f\u00fcr diverse Zwecke Spendegelder.\u00a0Wie ihr vielleicht schon einmal gesehen habt, gibt es verschiedene Ratschen-Formen wie die Schub\u00adkarrenratschen, Wal\u00adzenratschen, Hammerratschen. Bei letzterer\u00a0treffen kleine Holzh\u00e4mmer durch die Auf- und Abbewegung auf ein Hartholzbrett. Daraus entsteht ein lautes Schlagger\u00e4usch. Bei der <strong>Walzenratsche<\/strong>, wie im Bild\u00a0wird mit einer Kurbel eine gezackte Walze gedreht. Beim Drehen springt der Holzspann von Zacke zu Zacke und erzeugt so das typische, .laute &#8220;ratschende&#8221; Ger\u00e4usch. F\u00fcr mich ein Laut, der zur Osterzeit genauso dazu geh\u00f6rt wie das zerbrechen der Eierschale beim Eierpecken.<\/p>\n<h3>Speisenweihe am Karsamstag und Ostersonntag<\/h3>\n<p>Am Ende des Auferstehungsgottesdienstes in der Osternacht oder nach dem Ostersonntagsgottesdienst werden die<strong> K\u00f6rbe mit den Speisen<\/strong> geweiht. Der traditionelle Inhalt des Korbes sind: Ostereier, Schinken, Brot, Salz und Butter, eventuell auch Osterprinzen oder ein Milchbrot. Meistens werden die Speisen nach der Weihe beim Osterbrunch oder Osteressen mit der Familie gegessen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch meine Familie und ich gehen am Ostersonntag um 09.00 Uhr in den Gottesdienst. Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir auch eine Korb mit verschiedenen &#8220;Osterspeisen&#8221; dabei. Nach der Weihe fahren wir dann nach Hause, wo wir einen gem\u00fctlichen <strong>Osterbrunch<\/strong> machen. Besonders freue ich mich immer auf das selbstgemachte Osterstriezel.<\/p>\n<h3>Woher kommt eigentlich der Osterhase?<\/h3>\n<p>Denkt man an den Osterhasen, denkt man an Ostereier, Schokohasen und kleine Geschenke die im Garten versteckt werden. Kinder lieben diese Tradition und freuen sich schon Tage zuvor auf das gro\u00dfe Eiersuchen.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Osterhase<\/strong> ist ein weltliches Symbol des Osterfestes und zierte als Abbildung schon mittelalterliche Messb\u00fccher f\u00fcr den Monat M\u00e4rz. Am Beginn wird vor der Kirche ein Osterfeuer entz\u00fcndet und danach wird gemeinsam in der Kirche gesungen und gebetet. In der dunklen Kirche wird dann durch Teilen das Osterlicht verbreitet und es wird immer heller und heller. Am Schluss der Auferstehungsfeier gehen die Lichter wieder an, die Glocken werden wieder von den Ministranten gel\u00e4utet und es wird gemeinsam das Lied &#8221; Der Heiland ist erstanden&#8221; gesungen.<\/p>\n<p>Ich freue mich schon sehr auf das Osterfest, besonders auf das Eierf\u00e4rben am Gr\u00fcndonnerstag und auf das gemeinsame Feiern im Kreise meiner Familie.
