|St. James' Way||The Salzburg section of the Way of St. James leads some 100 kilometers in four stages, from Frankenmarkt in Upper Austria to Pass Strub on the border with Tyrol. |Leonhardweg||We invite you to join us in July, when a guided pilgrimage hike will lead participants from Salzburg Cathedral to Tamsweg. That said, you can also make a private pilgrimage along this 130 km route through SalzburgerLand at practically any time. This hike will take you from five to six days. Your goal is St. Leonhard's Church in Tamsweg - one of the most significant pilgrimage sites in Austria even back in the Middle Ages. www.leonhardsweg.at|
|St. Rupert's Pilgrimage Way||St. Rupert's Pilgrimage Way leads you on a journey of around 110 kilometers, from St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee through the Tennengau Region to Bischofshofen. The hike through Lammertal takes five to six days. This pathway draws its name from the earliest preserved metal cross of the first Christian millennium. At the end of your journey, you can marvel at the cross of St. Rupert on display at the Buchberg Church in Bischofshofen. www.pilgerwege.at|
